IT TRULY IS WHAT YOU THINK IT COULD BE
One afternoon we were walking like we did every day we were in Aruba when a coconut fell from a tree right next to us. They say when it falls from the tree it's ready to eat.
We took it back to the room and took a cork screw and made two hole at the top. We then got two straws and sipped the milk out of it. I've never experienced
a real coconut so Deb told me we had to take the outer shell off. I wonder if you have ever tried this. Well the silverware in the room was a long way from
being the right silverware for this procedure. Anyway I was doing nothing at the time so I took a butter knife and started to work my way into the coconut's outer shell.
About an hour or two later I was succesful .I said to Deb now what? Well she said, we have to smash it on a rock. Ok off we went to the beach where a man made
rock jetty went out into the ocean. Deb took the coconut with two hands high over her head and threw it at the rocks. It broke apart pretty good and as the sun was
about to set over the turquoise sea, we sat on the rocks and had the most wonderful coconut i will ever eat.
