On Celebrating The 46th Anniversary Of Our Honeymoon
This contribution is a quicky, so its composition definitely will be edited and updated just as conveniently soon after my soulmate and I return from celebrating our anniversary at a faraway restaurant. My beloved Bengal Tiger and her partner The Bear in a "death do us part" vow of eternal love, will be honored to share with you a few others photos from our "On the road....again!" adventures.

A family portrait including daughter Lucy Pellek will be posted after its discovery in its current hiding place. As the first edit of this quicky blog entry, executed about 14 hours after the story was posted, Footloose Forester went rummaging around in his photo albums for appropriate family photos in which Lucy is shown; and in which some of our family pets are on display for all the world to love as much as we do.
Elderly readers may think that old dogs can't learn new tricks, but this old geezer who calls himself the Footloose Forester is, at this very moment, demonstrating that it can be done. So, without further ado, he will continue updating--with photos, a few of the highlights of his very, very, very happy Honeymoon with his precious Bengal Tiger.
After Footloose Forester finally got wise enough to put information on the back of otherwise blank photo prints, here is what he read on the back of one of them.... "Lucy Pellek, 1989 enjoying a Sunday outing near Jacmel (Haiti). We didn't wade across--we chose to ford the stream in a 4x4 truck." A made-up story? The evidence and memory jolters were on the reverse side of that photo. Please let me now pause in this narrative while I scan the backside of the photo; convert it into a digitized computer file, upload it into my photo album; and then insert it into this story.

Did you ever notice how the powerful editorial tool within LegacyStories.org allows you to add photos, slides, scanned copies of keepsake documents; and even live video strips; as part and parcel of a running story? And to make edits even years after posting the story, as a way to correct something or include important updates. We are witnessing the evolution of the modern autobiography. The Footloose Forester, for one, does not want to let computer technology go to waste. Nor does he want his family history to disappear if he is willing and able to do something about it.
