Session-4 Coming Home

This audio contains reflections of life after discharge and my career since Viet Nam. When I came home I could hardly recognize my parents. They were like aliens to me. I couldn't wait to shed the uniform.

Here's the picture of my mother's greeting me, secretly whispering in my ear, "If you don't marry this girl it will be the biggest mistake you ever make." You can see a little bit of Chris on my other arm waiting for her turn.

I did marry her and it definitely was the best decision I ever made. Thanks Mum. She's the main reason I signed up. Now I had her.

My Dad taught me how to play the guitar early on. One of the first things I did when I got home was play together with him again. It was special. I've always loved that.
