Okay, get ready. I’m about to share with you the recipe for the best cheesecake you’ll ever eat. Yum! I can taste it now!
Crust:
2 cups of finely crushed graham crackers
1 stick room temperature butter
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
Mix these ingredients together and line bottom of 9” springform pan.
(Save ½ cup for top of cake.)
Cheesecake:
In large bowl mix together until smooth:
two 8 oz packages cream cheese
one 4 oz package cream cheese
1 ½ cups sugar
Then mix in to the above mixture:
3 tbsp flour
Pinch of salt
1 pt sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
In another bowl beat 6 egg yolks until smooth. Add to cream cheese mixture.
Beat the remaining 6 egg whites with 3 tbsp of sugar until stiff. Fold into above mixture. Pour into the springform pan. Finally, add the remaining ½ cup of graham cracker mix to the top. Bake 1 hour in oven at 350 degrees. Cool. Enjoy.
