1 lb elbow macaroni – cooked al dente

1 small can of Del Monte tomato sauce

1 15 oz can of cannellini (white kidney) beans

A small onion - sliced

Salt, pepper, garlic powder

 

Place a little oil in a pan and add onion. Simmer. Then add Del Monte Sauce. With the same can, measure out a can and a half of water and add to pan. Season with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder. Let sauce cook for about twenty minutes. Shut off heat and add beans to pan.

Add elbow macaroni to above mixture. Serve with crusty Italian bread. Yum!
