I knew Steven from elementary school and Jr. High at Piute. Like all the other girls I had that crush on Steve Redd but it was not just because he was soooo cute, he was a genuine nice guy. He was popular, I was not, but he was still kind to me and others. It is no surprise that he went on to defend our country. I never knew him as a man but I can tell he was a great guy just like he was in Jr. High. Thank you Steve, for your sacrifice. Thank you to all the soldiers that enable my family to live in freedom and safety. My prayers go out to all the family.
