After the wedding at 483 Magill Road, Tranmere, Judith and Steve planned their 'round Australia' honeymoon on their weekend at Carrickalinga . They set off in their short-wheel base Toyota along the Great Ocean Road to Melbourne, then Canberra and up the east coast of Australia, visiting friends on the way.  A cyclone had blocked their way through to Borroloola from Queensland, so they found a different route and eventually arrived in Darwin via Katherine.  They had been offered a home to house-sit and spent the first few mnths of the marriage there.
