Lipgloss brought us together... SERIOUSLY

I have been having to travel a good bit lately for work and was in Atlanta the end of February.  As I was riding down the elevator with another woman she commented on my lipgloss and how pretty it was. :-) She asked me more about it and we chatted for a few moments.  I was sooooo tired I didn't even think about doing my LS elevator pitch.  All I wanted was food and to go to sleep.

So I make it to the hotel lobby where they are serving dinner. I am sitting there in my dazed condition when I hear a voice say she was here working with Assisted Living Facilities.  I perked up and looked over.  It was my lip gloss buddy!!  I figured that this was a HINT that I needed to talk to her about Legacy Stories so I went over and introduced myself.  I began to share with her our progarm and mission and she was immediately interested.

As we were both tired we chatted for a few moments longer and swapped information.  It turns out she does not live that far from me and we discussed getting together to explore how she could become involved.

So I want to welcome Pat Archer to the people who have discovered the magic of Legacy Stories.  I will be getting with her to tell her more about what we do and I hope she will come on board as we need more PLA and Certified PLAs in the birmingham area.

So you never know just WHAT will bring people together.  For me, it was a $7 tube of Neutrogena lip gloss....

Another close call with a semi truck...
I knew him for only a few hours, but his strength ...

If you talk about it, they will listen. Legacy Stories and the Living Legacy Project is one thing most everyone can appreciate, some much more than others. Good Job Suzanna

That's great. A true "meant to be" meeting.
