Chili
1 15 oz. can
diced tomatoes
2 cans tomato
sauce
1 medium can of Ortega peppers
diced (or) cut up whole peppers (medium - hot)
1 can pinto or kidney beans,
drained
1 medium onion diced
1 lb. ground beef
Garlic salt - to taste
Onion salt - to
taste
Pepper seed - to taste if
desired
NO chili powder per

Sauté
onions. Add ground beef and cook until
done. Add remaining ingredients and
simmer.
