What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up?

        One day my mother asked me,What do you want to be?

 Do you want to be a teacher,Or a singer full of glee?

Are you meant to be a writer,Who day dreams all day long?

Thinking whether to write a poem, A story or a song?

Or will you be an explorer. Who travels to unknown lands?

Where you will brave wild animals  With only your bare hands?

Or will you be a lawyer, Who stands up for what's right?

Asking witnesses what happened On a certain day or night?

I might be one of the those things, I said,  They sound interesting too,

But most of all I want to be, A mother just like you!
