Chris Raudonis Chili Egg Puff
10 eggs
1 t.
baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. flour
8 oz.
green chilis chopped
1 lb. shredded
Monterey Jack cheese
1 pt. cottage
cheese (small curd)
1/2 c. melted
butter
Preheat oven to 350°.
Beat eggs. Add
dry ingredients and both cheeses. Add butter
and chilis. Bake in a buttered and floured
10x13 pan for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean
and top is brown.
