We were off to bag another peak in the San Gabriel Mountains, and this time it was the mountain ranges own namesake, the San Gabriel Peak. It is not the highest peak in the range, but one you must climb! I started the hike with a sore hip, but as the day went on, the soreness went away and we seized the day!
